“A 27-year Span of Biological Surveys Throughout Illinois: How the Critical Trends Assessment Program has Benefited Illinois and Beyond” presented by Tara Beveroth, Associate Avian Ecologist, Illinois Natural History Survey

The Critical Trends Assessment Program was instituted to monitor the biological
condition of Illinois’ forests, wetlands, and grasslands. The program was the first of its kind, aimed at understanding the past and current conditions of Illinois’ ecosystems. The program’s findings from surveys of 600+ randomly selected sites on public and private lands throughout Illinois have provided numerous benefits.

Free and open to the public.
