Illinois Audubon Society’s Assistant Director Matt Hayes will lead weekly bird hikes during spring migration beginning in March. This is an excellent opportunity to spot migrants passing through the sanctuary on the way to their final destinations and for watching the activities of species that will remain in this area as they seek territories and mates for the nesting season.
