The Friends of the Sangamon Valley were instrumental in creating the prairie and wetland habitats at Adams Wildlife Sanctuary, and their volunteers continue to assist SAS stewards in maintaining the sanctuary. The Friends offer workshops related to habitat restoration and maintenance.
